Spiral Graphics Championship Round 7&8 July 14&15 FatCats

In the midst of freak weather conditions the weekend at FatCats was preceded yet again by heavy overnight rain on the Friday night.  It was however handled brilliantly well by the Martin, Neil and crew at FatCats who prepared a track that stood up magnificently well.  Saturday was sunshine all day with hundreds of riders pouring into the venue.  Saturday night again there was a deluge of rain but Sunday morning dawned bright and sunny and again there were hundreds of riders again!  The standard of riding was fantastic for the many spectators over the weekend, and the racing that went on in all groups gave them plenty to watch!

As always the club needs to thank several of the 90 squad - Eddymed, Score 90 Chris, Julie, Nic, Catherine & Leah were spot on throughout the weekend, Terry and Mick were great trackside with Gareth, Daz, Russ and Dougal running support in fine form and Louise, Claire and Denise were excellent in signing on and getting those holeshot winners spotted.  Thanks must go to Spiral Graphics who donated the holeshot prizes and the Wallis family for their continued support.  Next meeting is at Finningley and again is destined to be VERY busy so get your entries in as soon as!
